Please Read Carefully as Our Office Policies Have Changed Due to COVID-19

  • Our walk-in clinic has been suspended until further notice.
  • Whenever possible, we ask that only 1 well adult accompany a child to their visit. If possible, please do not bring other children to the office if they do not have an appointment.

Phone Triage

We are experiencing higher call volumes and are working hard to take care of everyone’s needs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Rest assured, your health and safety are our number one priority.

Waiting Room

We have resumed our normal check-in process. Please come right into the office to check-in for your appointment and please remember to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Please be sure to have your/your child’s insurance card and a list of you or your child’s current medications. This will help make the check-in process easier and quicker. Also, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.

Testing

Child Health Associates is capable of performing rapid COVID-19 NAAT (molecular) tests with a 15-30 minute turnaround. We also offer a three in one PCR test (COVID-19, RSV, and Flu) for appropriate patients.

Masks

Masks are no longer required, however, we request that anyone over the age of 2, with flu or COVID-19 symptoms wear a mask.
